Greater Vorpal: Thaum or Rene?

About to grab a GV. Was wondering if Rene can possibly benefit more from this enchantment over Thaum and result in better overall performance?

    Im rene speced snd used vorpal but im testing the new feytouched and it seems to be working very well but ive only been tesing it as of today

    Renegade would benefit more from vorpal due to nightmare wizardry and phantasmal destruction. I've used gpf. Gvorpal. Glightning, and now I'm using perfect terror. Have to say, I love this ****

    Wait... what? You prefer Perfect Terror to Greater Lightning? PvE or PvP?

    Vorpal has synergy only with +5% crit when ChP slotted in rene tree, but no1 takes this feat. So vorpal is equal for any wizard's spec.

    Plague Fire will give you and your group better damage. If someone already has one then Vorpal will do well for you. In which case it will do fine in both Renegade and Thaumaturge spec. Assailing Force will give you more damage via a mitigation debuff and Phantasmal Destruction will give you more critical severity when dealing Combat Advantage damage... the choice is yours.
