I've had the 5/5 points in it religiously as every guide recommends it, but after copying myself to Preview, I noticed that it does just about nothing.
Might it be, that this feat works the same as Cleric's Healing Action and any more than 1 point is a waste?
The same question applies to the AP gain feats for GF and CW as well.

No, not useless, well maybe they screwed it up but when you hit Unstoppable your AP gain will go up +20% (Max, I think for the Feat) That means hit Unstoppable, use Roar, watch your AP bar fill up, use your Daily, get Unstoppable again, use Roar, use your Daily again, repeat.
I haven't really played at all since Feywild so, I 'm not sure if they messed it up. I know AP gain is around 30% and when I hit Unstoppable it goes up to 50-54% ( I have the max rank of that Feat)

I killed an enemy with and without the feat via IBS whilst unstoppable and barely noticed a difference.
At max level the feat gives +10% AP gain from Atwill+encounter while you are Unstoppable
In order to be using Unstoppable action properly you need to blow encounters during Unstoppable... Not really a good idea for all build types.
An instigator would want to be maximizing his wicked strike uptime unless its a single enemy. Or Two.
A Destroyer is a good candidate due to the feat "Staying Power" and damage boost due to capstone.
A sentinel.... Ideally will be in unstoppable often but may enjoy the HP increase of the Toughness feat more depending on role its aiming for.
It makes no sense to have unstoppable action in the first heroic tier IMO.

As a destroyer, I would use IBS during Unstoppable but not Roar normally, saving Roar for when Unstoppable wears off to get the next Unstoppable faster.
If you really NEED that AP (what I think you dont for how weak our dailies are), you better sacrifice one encounter slot for Punishing Charge. It the only skill they "forgot" to disable stack AP with targets hit. It does roughly 3% AP/target hit, at 5 targets you get 15%(10% for three dummies) and since you have 3 charges - you can get up to 45% from Punishing charge only.

You smoking something?
They removed AP per target hit from roar. You get ~6.5% regardless of targets hit as long as you hit at least one.
The AP regen for GWF is terrible. I mean bad terrible. The only decent AP gain we can get is Punishing Charge at ~4% per target.
Nothing like watching every class under the sun use 2-3 dailies while you are working on your 1st. Unless of course you run Punishing Charge. The 'bonus' of using Punishing Charge is that it bugs Deep Gash and you tic 0 damage. You can easily verify this in Trade of Blades.

EDIT:I see Wondras covered Punishing Charge.
