Constant Server Not Responding

I get into the game and about 10 seconds later the game just goes into a state of Server Not Responding..., it finally catches up and about 10 seconds later it is back doing it agian.. been going on for a good 20 mins now

    initial screen, options, disable on demand patching.

    disabling on demand patching does not work. I consistently get server not responding so i tried this and it still happens. Character standing there doing nothing and it consistently gets the message Server Not Responding. I have no issues with any other online game. This game is unplayable.

    The game is unplayable i agree. Server drops me every 10 sec..
