Not Received my Fury of the Feywild pack?

NOW RESOLVED
OK, this is now getting annoying – 3 days and still No Fury of the Feywild Pack and no word from you either in game mail or E-mail and all my tickets are not shown in the View my Tickets window?
I purchased the Fury of the Feywild, pack and no items have shown up, no new race – no extra character slot. It shows as completed in MY Account and you have taken the cash!

Reason for the 4 tickets above – unsure as to weather they are working as none show up n the View my Tickets window!
