Last night i went to try the new zone, and i couldnt get past the quest "farthest Forest" I collected artifacts, and killed every single thing in the zone, including the big mob by the waterfall, and the quest tracker said to talk to this guy by the waterfall to get to the next part, but it wouldnt let me.

Is it glitched? or Am i missing something?

Thx

That must be a glitch. You're supposed to be able to talk to the mounted elf by the waterfall.

I had that happen when I exited the zone before completing the quest.

Go into your quest journal and abort the quest that sent you to find the new content in the first place (one you got from the elf at the portal in the Enclave). Then take that mission again, and don't leave that zone until you reach Feywild.

I have the same problem. I sent a ticket but still didn't receive any reply (over 18 hours later). I did everything twice so far and the waterfall remains blocked (I even put on the "z" pathfinder thing to make sure that I'm not just looking in the wrong spot). And I really don't want to do everything for a third time. It's annoying and very disappointing that they don't even respond to tickets. In no other game did I ever have to wait so long for a GM. In other games (which I can't name here, of course), GMs usually turned up within 5-15 minutes.
I spent quite a bit of money on the game, was looking forward to the new content - and now I can't play it and the company won't help me. I wish I could get my money back because that's frustrating.
