Storm Pillar does not critical strike normally

Storm Pillar's initial first hit from a fully charged Storm Pillar is the only thing that critical strikes.
None of the smaller bolts crit afterwards like it used to.
Usually when the first pillar critical strikes, the resulting smaller lightning bolts are critical as well.
This no longer is the case, the smaller lightning bolts do not critical strike at all from a fully charged Storm Pillar.
Before:
-Fully charged Storm Pillar critical strikes
-Spawned bolts also critical strikes
Now:
- Fully charged Storm Pillar critical strikes
-Spawned bolts do normal damage
This really hurts the usability of the skill. Since the damage from the at-will is the only thing going for it. Where every other Control Wizard at-will has a side effect to it.

They have alot of work to do to fix all the stuff this patch broke.
