Crash Report (sorry crashed)

its really not my intention to ruin your dungeon run. NW crashes you should know that :(

    This happens to me frequently. I think its cuz i dnt have all my service packs and there for my directx updates, but for some reason i have to run my grqphics way lower than i know my pc can handle. Been putting it off due to slow internet but i guess ill have to just get it done.

    but in my case my internet and fps is not bad. I dont know why this is happening the client suddenly quits and prompts a crash message

    . . . . . Please be sure to report crashes in detail through either Support, In-Game Bug Report, or Bug Reporting Forum (or let the crash reporter send it's data after a crash). Feel free to make a thread in Bug Reports with more details, as well as look through the Stickies there for anything that might pertain to your issue. Thanks!

    why not just move it here? Im just a commoner in NW, and didnt even know that this crashing thing is really a bug or what. NW's problem or my computer's problem?

    i cant really provide clear details why NW crashes, it happens to all at any place at any time for no reason. Im a programmer, but i cant figured out why this is happening well ofcourse i didnt know how devs coded everything. is this really our job? to provide technical details on how/why this is happening?

    . . . . . No worries, I seen your thread as more of a rant than a report as it just didn't contain details. Thank you for clearing that up, just next time please PM the Moderator at hand to discuss such things and we'll be happy to work with you on a resolve!

    . . . . . If you make a Support Ticket, In-Game ticket, or send a Crash Report on the Crashes, feel free to reply with the Ticket ID number. If crashes are not reported, they may go unnoticed. After-all, when a house-hold product fails, you report what went wrong when returning it for repair, yes? This is the same concept except that for crashes, details can make all the difference (like time, location, character, etc.). Thanks!

    oh sorry my bad.

    the last time i had this crash was in epic: temple spider. It was on the last boss already

    and also in feldelver (GG t1 dungeon) happens most of the time

    Mmm, you're finding the client crashes when loading from Fardelver back into GG?

    everytime im about to enter fardelver. 100% loaded and boom crash :)

    My crashes are random in any zone PE or Shar - since the release yesterday the game is horribly unstable and was perfect prior to that. I have Nvidia 650 TI - 8GB ram - AMD 6core @3.5Ghz - ZERO overclocking (dont believe in it).

    I hope the Devs are actually looking into the numerous reports I have sent.

    same issue, doesn't matter where I am or what I do, random crashes appearing since today's small patch.
