So, with the release of the new races, will we be given the option to change the race of our current characters through some sort of race change/polymorph token. Maybe something similar to a respec token? Please.

I wish I could at least re-roll my character's initial ability dice rolls but changing a race would be great as well. I don't care if it is Zen, AD, gold, etc.

I too would like a race change option. I have one of each class already. And what good would buying the Moon Elves do me if I have to make a duplicate class just to use them?
I am really surprised that a race change token isn't already in game. I know they said they had no plans for it, but if they are going to continue to give new races and not new classes....then I think something they need to consider.
So if i change my race , will that change my stat rolls too? because every race got a unique stat roll bonuses . And if they do change my stats , how am i going to choose if it is +2 to cha or + 2 to int? since the race makes me choose where do i add my other +2 ability points.
with the leveling as fast as it is just delete the old one Oh wait if you spent money on stuff for it you can not trade thats right. A race change token thats just silly I like my dwarf and half elf and human mage. So you want to change race for what reason? oh yes because its better with the new stuff.....Mmmm.....if you want to experience the new content then level a new character. I remember playing D&D and the dm introducing new races and I asked hey can I just make this character this new race, why because its a munchkin thing to do as I got older and more into the liking the characters I played I would not ever do this. But with online games and Wow specifically we spend so much money for real on these things more now as the free to play model is all about milking as much as possible from the I want it now crowd. Role play online is a lost cause and is now the domain of the power games, munchkins and the pay to win crowd. This in itself does bother me but its the laziness of the companies an makers of the game thats the real issue if you keep feeding the beast it keeps eating. So I sit and watch as many of you paid your $200.00 for the dark elf and some bit of electronic eye candie which in my eye is the new drug of the age, but legal for now. Effect is still the same the high then the low and the oh my god why did I buy that I could have fixed my car or now my wife is mad or whatever the regrets are that set in after.
My point I am good with this because you will be feeding the beast not me as I level and play for free on your dime so keep playing for me to play this free game so thank you for supporting my free game habit.

Spending money on a game is spending money on your own entertainment.
Some prefer to spend it on weed, night clubs or even pizzas and some like to spend it on online games and some have enough money to spend on all of the previously mentioned. Just because some people have enough money to spend on a game doesn't necessarily mean that they are sacrificing their own real life responsibilities.
Is it just me or was that really one of the most incoherent posts ever seen on these forums?
From what i understood from his "compacted" paragraph, what he wanted to say is :
-Free games lost its flavor because of companies making people pay money for in-game stuff. So he actually prefer to play a game made by a charity company .
-People who pay money on these games are like drug addicts.
-He likes to stay "smart" by not paying anything to this kind of games and watch the "stupid" payers throwing their money over some pixles and codes ignoring their real life responsibilities.

Wow someone with an intelligence thank you for simplifying the message for the layperson
Hmm well I work 80-110 hours a week and i have little down time for video games. The way I view it is this, I can either sit on a videogame and raid for 16 hours a day to get the best gear and not be a productive member of society, or I can work all day, and spend a fraction of what i make on something that entertains me when I do have time off.... If you are at the point where 200 dollars makes or breaks you in the real world in your marriage or personal transportation then you probably should be doing something a little more productive than playing Neverwinter to better your life.
