Neverwinter Knight of the Feywild Pack purchased material now showing up on account.

Don't know if this is a bug or not but I was under the impression that the pack materials would be available at launch of expansion. None of the material is showing up on my account even though I got the email approving the purchase.

    i bought the pack and got mine within 2 ~ 3 minutes of logging in. It takes a second with all the people logging in and internet traffic.

    once you see the achievement notification go check your mail, it should be there.

    If you don't get the stuff, then contact support and they will get you all sorted.

    I had same problem with the 600k AD - couldn't find it at all....saw on another of the forums that once in game, go to the AD exchange - you can claim them there.
