Question: When can I transfer my money between chars?

I hate asking favors from guildies and friends now to help accumulate my money from my many alts.
I really need to send it via mail now, any news about this feature please?
(prob. I blind I don't see any topics like that).

    Cryptic has never made any mention of adding the ability to send gold via mail.

    Thanks. I see some topics mentioning money transfer between alts and that its a missing feature for many players. I'm wondering what is the drawback they don't want bots to send money or something?

    I mean if someone hack your account they will be able to sell all your stuff anyways (for money or for AD). So I don't really see the point not able to send at least money through bank or mail to yourself.

    So weird logic. :S But if someone know something enlighten me please I will appreciate the knowledge. :D

    The mail system is very primitive, there's lots of features that would be nice to have, and lots of existing features if they worked correctly. Nice to haves simply aren't important in the grand scheme of things.

    Use the astral exchange to transfer currency between characters.

    They have no plans in the pipe, at least that they have told us officially, anyway, to add this in. It would most likely be added in the form of Shared Bank Space, or something to that effect.

    Something to this effect would be nice.

    I get tired of buying seal gear then sending to alt to sell lol. (although that is the only use for seal gear i have found!)

    You won't be able to send seal gear much longer.

    they actually have a pig mount the summer festival...would have been funny if it had wings,


    best way to xfer $$ right now is via zen or AD sice its relitivly easy to convert to gold simply buy a mount or a companion from AH sell it to npc, Companions fetch about 1g and mounts fetch 2.5 youll have to compare prices to see which is best rate.
    other items may get you a better rate but youd have to sell more of them to get it.

    you can also do the reverse buy pets/mounts from vendor sell to AH.

Check out Section III of the Extended FAQ sticky (After I claim the Astral Diamonds, can I transfer them?) for how to transfer Astral Diamonds between characters on the same Account and Shard. Tranferring Gold/Silver/Copper however would require either a third party or a second account. I use my second account to dual-log into both my accounts and transfer Gold/Silver/Copper that way, or I just buy what a character needs and mail it to them.

    Just when you think you are a smart person someone comes along and makes you feel silly.

    Honestly it never occurred to me to create a new account for this specifically.

    Being able to send money through mail is a gold sellers wet dream, I guess that's why we don't have that.
