Pre-patching issues

Has a new patch been rolled out already? The game initiates pre-patching every time I exit the game, and starts with 2225 MB remaining. However, it does not complete the patch and exits shortly after (15 mins or so). When I launch the game, it starts a patch again (this time the size is 2344 MB) and again stops patch in 5 mins to allow me to Play.
Can someone confirm if this is as intended or if there is a fix for it? Thanks in advance. Cheers

    Same is happening to me, so I just close it down after I exit the game. Once I restart, it doesn't patch anymore.

    Thanks for responding. Hopefully, the Devs will address this soon and we will get the patches as intended. Cheers and good luck :D

    Now pre-patching at 27%, crossing my fingers. Hope that do something about this.

    looks like mine is trying to do 2 diferent patches (not at the same time; alternatly when i start) one is over 2200 mb and the other is about 2000 kb, they both just stop after less than a minute and then i can log on normaly.

    so is this an issue.

    and whats with being booted out of dialogs with the npc's now, happening to me quite frequently.

    thanks. oh and it does the same when i exit as well.
