Having weird issues with the lag

I hope im writing this in right section, anyways has anyone experienced weird lag, like for example im hitting mobs and everything freezes ( i can run, use encounters, dodge) like it's gonna get dc'd, after 5seconds i get teleported back like somesort of spike lag or something. And it appears quite often. Sometimes i can't even move, it does moonwalk lol.

This thing never happened before, only for like 2,3weeks, thought it was neverwinter problem, but im starting to doubt, because i can see that im the only one getting lag like that.

Before jumping on conclusions - Im only experiencing this on Neverwinter, other games runs fine.

I am receiving the lag since the latest patch. I was wondering if this is due to the bandwidth use to distribute the patch? I am not sure about this but it has become quite impossible to pay for the past two days.

The exact same thing was happening to me in CN last night. Restarting my router seemed to fix it.

Same here. Started after the last patch was applied. It's particularly nasty in CN when the mobs start gathering around. I don't seem to rubberband though, but the framerate drops to 1 frame every 2 or 3 seconds - basically a slideshow. No idea how I managed to stay alive during 3 minutes of that HAMSTER last night, but I just kept on pushing buttons the entire time, hoping for the best.
As I haven't run any other dungeon since before the patch, I don't know how bad it is elsewhere.

One thing's for certain; something in that patch caused the rendering to drop to a crawl in semi busy areas.

My hardware is decent, using same drivers as pre-patch, etc. Oh, and on a different note, the random light-up of the email icon is back (no email, but still the icon lights up). Way to go, Cryptic!
