I realized today that I could tell which chest is a mimic and which isn't. The mimic 'chest' lacks the sparklies that the real loot chest does. Is this on purpose? Shouldn't it be totally indiscernible which one is which, isn't that how the mimic gets its food? Just a suggestion, but maybe add the sparklies to the mimic as well?
Also, I think two of the horse colours are mixed up, sabino and brindle. I only spotted this when I was able to ride my first horse and chose the brindle, expecting to get the darker brown one with the black brindle markings on it. Instead, that one is called 'sabino' which is what I'd have described my so-called 'brindle' as! I question this as I used to be a horse breeder and know what colour is what, and these don't match up! Only a little thing, but it bugs me a bit!
A dream to some, a NIGHTMARE to others!
Lolth be praised!

I have seen the sparkles on the mimics. Even with sparkles, you can tell them apart because they use slightly different models.
Should have other mimic items, not just chests, but they did a great job bringing to life an iconic picture from the early d&d books. They improved the ability to tell them apart (made it harder) but you still can, hopefully they will revisit that issue.
I will defer to the expert on what hourse is what colour.
Actually they do have the sparkles nevertheless there is an easy way to tell them apart but I will not share that here. Nothing funnier than a greedy newbie who keeps finding all the mimics then comes running back to the party, mimic in tow. Good times.
