Worst RNG ever! It generates numbers far too randomly!! Wait... what?
LOL. That is what some of the poster is trying to tell the OP. Random is Random. You could those a 6 sided dice and may NOT get a 1 on 40 rolls (it is possible, since it is 1 out of 6 chances)

However you can shift the odds and say you get the reward if you roll a 1 3 or 5. See how that works? Just like fusing 4 rank 1 enchantments has a lot better odds than fusing 4 rank 5 enchantments. So while random is indeed random that doesn't mean what a lot of people who keep parroting think it means.

Actually, that is still random. In that case, there is a roll of a 100 (100%) and you have a base chance of SUCCESS on a given rank (90% and lower as you go up) so that is still random
You could have 95% chance of success and keep getting a 1-4 roll out of 100 and fail say.... 4 times in a row.
Now on the loot table, I have NO idea what is the structure of the loot roll.
I am thinking it is possible that the look could be even (i.e same percentage chance)

I am aware of what random is. I'm simply saying flipping a coin 100 times, where there are only two possibilities, and rewarding a loot based on it coming up heads is a lot different then randoming 1-100 100 times and awarding a loot based on only rolling a 1.
My point is for a special event they could bump up the percentage a bit. It's not like having everyone have a green striker pet (omg rare and overpowered!) is going to kill the game and it makes those who participate enjoy it more. Grinding an event 70+ times for a lame pet is just ridiculous and just leaves you with disgruntled players.

Veteran from 2009 recently returned to the fray.
6 DC weapons
what amounted to 5 R5 savage enchantments.
(does anyone know when the event ends...can't find info on how long they extended it to).

2 x Rank5 savage enchantment
We are definitely dominating, and we are always about to win.

The Savage enchants dropped poorly for me. Only got about 2 rank 5s worth. Ah well. Long queue times too.
Oh well, both my TR and my DC are Corellites, so slaughtering orcs was right up their alley.
