Not as in level-wise (I know they do) But I have a best buddy and we play every game together and I was wondering if I could run a Dungeon (easyish one) with only two people and come out with my *** relatively intact? I have looked around but could find no answer. Cheers.

Dungeons do not scale. All content is scaled for solo play except for the Five Man Dungeons and the Skirmishes which will be scaled for give players of a certain level whether you have one player or five players enter the content.

If you are lvl 60 you should be able to solo many of the lower dungeons.. Shut, I had a pug who 3 manned all the bosses in the spider dungeon except for the final boss, didn't have enough dps for him. That was when we were all the appropriate lvl to enter via the que system. No one was over the lvl cap where we had to manually enter that zone. Again though, it was myself (GF) a gwf and a cw I think. I have talked to people who have defeated mad dragon solo just to get vengeance.. lol

Not sure if it's a bug, but I've seen some skeletons in one dungeon that seem to scale to your level. Cragmire Crypts maybe? I was doing it solo with a level 60 character, and noticed they were harder than everything else... and then saw they were level 60! A bit of a surprise, I must say.
I have a lvl 60 GF and have soloed those non-epic 5-man dungeons up to Greywolf so far. The first ones are easy to solo and obviously gradually getting more difficult on the higher level dungeons.

Yeah, I've done that, too. Haven't tried to solo any of the later ones yet, but completed Icespire with just two of us recently, so it's doable.

This ^ I soloed non-epic Mad Dragons lair on my CW last week ( only for the achievement since I never got it 1st time round ) but it was fun I guess , I then got about 3/4 into grey wolf but by then it was getting late and I have to be up for work at half five in the morning so I aborted the attempt but I'm guessing I could have soloed that too .
So in answer to your question , no they don't scale although some of the later non epics are much more difficult , non epic Frozen Heart for example killed my lvl 60 Cw on the first 2 groups of mobs lol.
I dunno, we may not have a terrible great damage output, but the damage received seems to scale with level: five level 35 elites whaling on a level 60 DC does almost nothing. Plus we can heal.
I'm up to mad dragon as a solo 60 DC and while it wasn't..speedy, necessarily, it wasn't terribly risky-feelng either. Haven't tried Idris, but I can't see it being too much harder. Wolf den I'm...not so sure about. **shakes fist at wolf den**

I think a specific type of skeletons (delusion skeleton or something like that) scales with your level. It is not the dungeon.

Wolf den imo would be fairly easy since the majority of his hard hitter adds only appear for each hit the boss lands on you. As a solo toon, you should be able to avoid all of the bosses attacks thus minimal adds.. Except at 50% and 30% or whatever the exact 2 times are that he is guaranteed to summon adds.

Those skeletons in particular scale to the level of the highest-level person in your party when you're not solo. Found this out the hard way on my level 27 TR when my party had a level 60 along who wanted to help us along for fun. I won't tell you how fast I died.
