FPS lagg, (and any other form of bad performance)

First of all DO NOT tell me it's my computer/hardware etc it's getting annoying and frustruating. I can't play like this as MANY others due to this long list: FPS LAGG, mini freezes from 2-10 seconds everytime i turn my camera ingame, slowdowns, stutters, delay, and i can't pvp, or do any dungeons/skirmishes. Heres what i've done: followed every advice regarding these issues on the forums even the ones the moderators made, i've had my computer checked by professionals (it is working perfectly and fine) reinstalled the game 4 times tweaked settings from around high settings to the lowest possible with a 5 fps difference and i've tried a much lower resolution still the same. I am not running any programs while playing i have not OC'ed my system my computer is up to date with every driver possible, Graphics driver,processer driver, sound and Directx. Now i can play Tera online on maxed out graphics with a steady fps of 50-75 which is perfect, Same goes with a game called Warframe i can also play that on max settings with no issues at all, Tomb Raider 2013 which is VERY Demanding although not maxed out it's defienetly 100% better graphics wise. And Bioshock Infinite on max settings (Aside from SSAO on Medium) ahh yes and Battlefield 3 on max settings, oh and Skyrim with lots of graphic enhancing mods. AND ALOT MORE games i also pass the recommended system specifications by ALOT. So please do not tell me or other players that are having these issues that it is our PC because it isn't! I've done everything and can't do more honestly i don't want an answer from a forum Moderator saying ''it's running completly fine for me'' ofc you have to say that since you work for them.... It is a shame because i really like this game but i just can't play it. So the answer i am and probably many others are: That you are aware of these issues and are actually looking into them. I mean what proof do you actually need in order to see that the problem is on your end? it's hilarious how you are denying it at all times.

English is not my first language so excuse me for any mistakes and also this was written in a rush as i was pretty pissed by still not being able to play:mad::mad::mad:

    Well said... how come the game ran smoothly before and now it is not playable. I had better performance during beta than I have now. All I can do is some solo content because of the enormous lag. Every new "patch" breaks more than it fixes (and I am pretty sure they do not include all the changes in patch notes either).
    And what do the devs do... they pretend it is not happening, no statement, no response... nothing. I would really appreciate something like "hey, we know about the issue and we are looking into it", but I guess I ask too much :c.
