assisatnce with the choice of GWF skills and stats

hey guys im generally looking for some help with my GWF, im struggling to decide between all my class features, and also the value of armor penetration for PvE encounters, now I understand that armor pen is an exact subtraction from the defence of the mobs, but is it worth enchanting for it, or would I be better focusing on power and crit?.

and finally the class features, Iv read that steel blitz is useful but I cant find anything that measures the chance of an extra attack so I cant value it higher or lower than my destroyer/weapon master combo. If anyone can help shoe mw reasons why one may be more viable than the other I will be very grateful.

    keep armorpen + con total value to 22-24% this is probably your main source of damage

    if you have near best in slot everything you should have around 2500 crit.
    Recovery will also naturally come by and should go between 2.5k-3k.

    when you do have end game gear you should slot everything into power since you have hit every single naturally by gear wise.

    Take the resistance ignored from the con stat. Then add the resistance ignored from armor pen on the char sheet.

    When they hit 24% you are done with armor pen.

    Armor pen will be your biggest DPS boost until you start getting 30% crit and 4-5k power.

    You should try and get Recovery to as close to 3k as possible, as that's when the drop off begins. Before that, keep pumping it up! :)
