prestidigitation stacks 4 times?!

I was testing some builds on test server with friend tonight and we both learned prestidigitation to see what would we gain in party. After doing few rotation we noticed 4 stacks of prestidigitation and boost in the stats. So this basically means 15% of boost ( 4stacksx3% + one yours). So is this some bug or Im missing something because tool tip doesn't say anything about stacking?!

EDIT:

After more testing it seams that chilling cloud rotation make stacks of prestidigitation. After 25 full rotation of chilling cloud I had 25 stacks of prestidigitation. Can someone test this to?

    It's always stacked from multiple CWs as far as I know.

    But assuming it was only two of you with it, you are saying that it somehow stacks from every other party member (even if they do not have it)?

    Linked Spirit did something similar for DC's but was both an active proc and was a difficult to proc with their normal spells. The dev's have gone out of their way on Preview to change these normal spells of DC and possibly even the core Divinity mechanic just to eliminate what is a relatively mediocre bonus.

    So, if a mere passive Prestidigitation does something similar, then I guess this will be quickly patched ...

    No its a bug for sure now. Doing chilling cloud full rotation will add one stack of prestidigitation. You can stack this in ~ going to test this now on main server.

    I guess, PFT isn't fixed on preview.

    I tested this on main server with renegade CW and it doesnt work but I cant find thauma cw to test it. Going to report this as bug just in case...

    I am thauma and I have FPT but the other CW was renegade I couldnt find any thauma with prest.

    Seems like the current patch on the Preview Server does more to break working feats than it does to fix broken ones.

    I just tested on live shard, it does not work.

    on test shard it stacks. but the feat does not provide extra stats like it claims to be.

    Does Snap Freeze work, and if so how would it work with Chill Strike? Since chill strike applies chill after the target is hit, does the 20% bonus apply with damage 1st before the chill?
