Stuck in queue instance after PvP (or PvE) - please fix it

Hello,
this is a problem I'm sure every PvP player has been experiencing (but also some PvE players after dungeons). You create a team, go for the PvP match, and after the match you want to go for another one. The leader queues the party up, but 1 or 2 players get the message "Cannot join a queue while your queue instance is still active!". The rest of the team is queued up, but not the bugged person. The leader tries to requeue, but it doesn't work. You are not in the PvP match any more, you are running around in Protector's Enclave (or wherever you came from), but the server thinks you are still in the PvP match.
Relogging does not help, nor does traveling around. Leaving party and being invited again doesn't help, either. You are stuck in the other match.
If the leader gives you the lead, you are not able to pick "PvP Domination", as the message appears "No queues are available for you at that time!".
Frustrated about it, you have to leave the party and wait for 15 - 20 minutes. After about 20 minutes everything works again.
There is no way to leave this "Queue instance". It is an internal bug.
People with this bug do not get the message "Your party has left the queue instance." in chat after a PvP match.
This can happen in dungeons, but there is a solution: Help, Stuck, Abort Mission. For being stuck internally in a PvP instance while out, there is no solution.
Please fix it as soon as possible. If you cannot find the bug, please implement a way to "force leave" any queue instance.
