How to play missed Quests

Is there any way to play missed quests, especially those in the Blacklake and Tower Districts. Such as the Orc Skirmish and Blacklake Lurking Quest. It would be nice to close these off on the Quest tabs.

You can't play Skirmishes once you outlevel them, however you can complete other quests just fine. You can even pick up quests you missed, but you won't be able to see the quest marker above the NPCs head.

Sadly this isn't true for all areas.

Icespire Peak for example. None of my characters that skipped that area can do the quests there. They get the quest from Knox. And the guy he has you talk to gives you one more. Then nothing. I rode through the whole zone talking to every NPC I could find. None of them had quests. I've heard similar complaints about Neverdeath. Though I haven't experienced that one myself.

yikes really? I would love to go back and get the ones I missed, just for the story line. So let me understand, you can't get the quests you skipped over or? I'm confused about this too?
    It is what it is:cool:

The ability to do skirmishes you might have skipped because you levelled up too fast is something people have asked about for a long time. I had hoped the new Skirmish master was going to offer this, but no luck yet.....

Missed quests - if you cannot pick them up, my advice is to partner up with some lower-level player who is doing the quest and have them share the quests. Not all quests are sharable, though.
    Hoping for improvements...

Some areas you can, others you can't. Don't know why. I skipped Icespire with 3 characters. And none of them can pick up the quests there. But I had no problem going back and doing quests at the Chasm (for example).

you can ( I believe) party with a lower level toon and get your quests through quest sharing. even quests you have completed. did it the other day but if some zones dont let you get them from the NPCs this might not work there. worth a try though.
The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. Did I mention, I do not have good intentions?

Did you check with the female smith? She is off by herself and hard to spot. I know her quests are required to progress.

I believe some of the skirmishes have been retuned for level 60 on the preview shard.

Oooo, that would suck since it gives you your second and LAST free bag. At least it is the tiny one. I always end up too high level for the areas but I just do the quests anyway because it is like free xp then (especially if you don't even agro the mobs). All my alts are already created. I leveled them to 11 so they could pray and do leadership tasks until I get around to leveling them. After they get a few levels I push them to 20 real quick so they can use their mounts and then they sit until I have time to level them to 60. The ones I haven't played yet are in their 40's now. LOL.

Some quest utterly disappear when you are too high lvl to play them.
