[GWF] Bug Disciple of War and Avatar of War

I have max feat of Disciple of War, granted me 25% of Armpen from my total Recovery, and I have full set gear of Avatar of War, grants me bonus 1.350 power & 1.350 Recovery when I reached 3 onslaught. Ive tried several times and see my stat, It does give me 1.350 recovery when I reached 3 onslaught, but I didnt receive any bonus for my ArmPen. It should give me bonus for my Armpen too, because I have Disciple of War. Please fix this. 300-350 bonus ArmPen is BIG.

    I don't know if it's working as intended or not but it also doesn't give any ArmPen for the Recovery you get from the Ioun Stone.
