Cryptic Loading Screen bug

I'm getting stuck at the Cryptic Loading screen when I start up. The progress bar stops at 25% and then the program stops responding. This is the first time it's happened, and after trying multiple fixes I've searched for nothing has worked.

I have uninstalled/reinstalled, deleted files, restarted my router, repatched, etc etc. If it was a recent update, this needs sorted out ASAP. I just spent another $20 on Zen, and would like to play the game I'm spending money on. Lets get this fixed, yeah?

    I am also having this exact issue. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, reset internet connection, gone through the verify files and launched in safe mode. Nothing is working to fix the load problem on the "Cryptic" load screen after I log in and launch the game through the launcher. Any suggestions?
