I have used the ticket system for reporting bots and yet.... 2 months ago I reported 2 bot accounts and I still see them logged in.

So, why should people use a system if it's not working, broken or just not being honored ?

    Bots need to be sorted, perhaps a pin code at the start of the match?

    Yep, another persistent and game breaking issue that Cryptic/Perfect World have failed to sort within a reasonable time frame.

    Oh and the ticketing system is about as good as talking to your screen, I actually think it's working as intended and they figure that if they don't bother with people's tickets that the people will just give up and go away.

    Guess what!?
    The snowballing drop in game population says these guys are right on the money!

    At least the bots will have themselves to play with! ^_^
