maybe I don't understand Profession building times but this seems like an error

I don't think my maths are this off; If I start say, a Leadership profession which will be 8 hours, and I use as the first asset an Adventurer (25% off start time) I expect the time to build to be 6 hours (or 25% less than the original 8). The game says 6 hours 24 minutes. If I add a second Adventurer (50%) I expect the build time to be 4 hours. Instead it's 5 hours 20 minutes. How is build time calculated?

    It's not 25% off start time, it's 25% increase in speed. If you had 100% increase in speed (double speed) then you would have 50% off start time.

    I read 25% in speed still as 'off start time' since for the purpose of the build it's time taken off the amount of time needed for the build to occur. The question still is then why the % off speed doesn't match what's actually given, unless there's some other factor involved.
