All offense slots: Greater Tenebrous.
All defense slots: Radiant Enchantment
All utility slots: Dark Enchantments.
Weapon Enchantment: Greater Plaguefire.
Armor Enchantment: Perfect Thunderhead / Soulforged / Negation.
But for PvE I have no clue.
Not trying to be rude, but how is that setup effective? Im assuming your opting for regen and some life steal..but at the cost of pwr/armorpen. Only way im thinking of is is that your dmg is coming from ten enchants, and that you must have a massive health pool (high enchants) to be able to actually get the most out of regen. Also, sent build for added defense?

Didn't read the first sentence? It's pvp gear build. It shouldn't need any explanations.
Lewdman, thank you for posting this. I was wondering about how to prioritize my stats. Now it seems evident that you ignore offensive stats and then just try to get as much HP and Regen as possible.
So I have to wonder as well why you would chose imposing Scrapper over valiant duelist. The question probably exposes my ignorance, but would someone mind explaining?

I think that his gear suggestion might be slightly outdated, thus Valiant Duelist (which came with Gauntlegrym if I'm not mistaken) didn't exist.
And yes, his gear suggestion is very good for PvP. You're just about impossible to kill (takes 4 people to take you down), and you will kill just about anyone (given enough time). You will never lose a 1v1 either, unless you are against another GWF that is just better than you (but these fights can last for 5 minutes, so one of you usually get's help before that).
That gear build uses sentinel feats, and stats focused on STR and CON, and it relies on those Tenebrous enchants a lot. But the gear itself is pretty cheap, so what you need to afford here is the tene enchants.
That build is not viable for PvE, but it makes you very OP in PvP.

It's funny because it's the most effective PvP GWF build out there.
I have this build on one of my chars and it has 35,3k health, 10% HP regen, 40% DMG resistance and 35% deflection. And I easely take half the health of a squishy target with my encounter combo (Which is Flourish/Takedown/Restoring Strike).

Let's call a spade a spade. It is not the build that is effective, it is the Tenebrous enchants. You take those enchants away, and you won't be making such a statement under any circumstance. Your 40% DR is really 20% in practice since all decent PvPers have well over 20% ArP. On my Destroyer I have 36% DR. Where a sentinel pulls ahead in mitigation is with feats. Mitigation alone was never a winning card in PvP. But you add the insane burst of a handful of enchants, and all of a sudden you have the best of both worlds. It's not just GWF. Any class that stacks HP + Teneb will make the same claim.
That said, if you are stacking 35k+ HP, I think Heroic Duelist 4/4 is also a very good option for a 3.5k heal with every Unstop. And since it is a 10Sec HoT, it pretty much is ON all the time while you are fighting. It's like having a constant Regen effect. Not to mention a huge boost to your lack of offensive stats while not sacrificing much defense at all.
