Disappearing flames- help?

Working on a dungeon and I have an odd issue. When I was most of the way through the creation, I noticed that flames began disappearing. It started with the campfire (respawn) flame...the light from it is intact, but the actual flame is gone. Now the area that I'm working on has a moderate amount of flames here and there (not extreme)...

Ones that were working are slowly falling into the missing category...objects are still there, but the flames just stop showing.

At first, I thought it was me...so I relogged and everything...no change.

Then, I had my husband check by logging onto my account from his computer....no change.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?

Edit: If it helps....I -do- have a lot of static lights...don't know if that might be the problem. Though I would think that static lights wouldn't have any effect on actual flames...I dunno. :/

It could be too many visual effects. I know dynamic lighting will do this if you have too many in the player's view at a time.
There is a rumor floating around that I am working on a new foundry quest. It was started by me.

I have some dynamic lights...not too many. I tried turning them all off and the problem persisted. Other than that...I have some visual effects, but mostly a lot of static lights. I mean, I have a few hundred static lights. (It's a 4-room dungeon with the royal crypt tileset.)

Edit: Ugh, just realized the lava rocks will count as visual effects because they have smoke. :(

In my quest, the Planar Rescue, my elemental plane of fire severely (and obviously) suffers from this at times. You can see the fire pop in and out in some places.

Do you use a lot of lava rocks?

Ok, so I've been working on this issue all day...I removed many effects and started noticing a weird bug that I can't wrap my head around to fix.

    1. It should not be an effect limit anymore...I removed MANY.
    2. I can delete one object with an effect and it will make 20 objects with effects stop working...
    3. I can add an object with an effect and it will either make a group of objects with effects work or stop working.

This is nuts, and I can't find a fix. Every time that I get one thing that I need working...20 more go out. When I get those 20 working (usually happens in groups that have no correlation), 10 more go out or randomly come on. I am hoping that this is something that will be fixed in publish, but in case it isn't...well, I'm wondering if anyone at all has had issues similar and if so...did you find a solution?

Edit: I have a suspicion that this bug -may- be related to something fiery? For one, zagnar had issues with their FIRE plane...for two, the effects that go out or come back are all flames of different sorts.

    Flames included in this testing:

    Brazier graveyard 01
    FX fire puffs 02
    Respawn Campfire
    FX large shooting flames
Static light - lava rock 01 (Does not have a flame, but has smoke and seems to be affecting)
Other general braziers/torches seem to have a very mild influence.

To put it simply, there is an extreme limit on effects when dealing with -certain ones- and if you manage to exceed that limit...well, things get retardedly buggy. So, the solution was to sadly cut out a lot of these effects. (Even more than I had initially)

I just improvised and found other ways to mix the environment up in the place of the missing visuals.

I wonder whether the limit is based on your PC and its graphics card, and/or affected by whether or not you're in the Foundry or in the live game.

I confirmed that it isn't based on your PC as I tested much of it throughout my issues on two different PCs. (With very different graphics capabilities)
