When you where hacked or else, it is bad luck, no service available!

We thought that the people where not only interested in money making, we erred! Read for yourself how good their support is and decide if you really wanna lose money to them!
Keep in mind that everybody could get hacked and it is even happening to carefull people with all the security in place.

    I hear you I good the same generic message for item lost in the mailboxe between alts. It seems they are too lazy or busy to investigate there's no item restorstion no matter what happened, hacked, bugs, deleted... and they tell you that after making you wait more than a month for a generic message and close the ticket. I lost faith in their game, and their customer service just improve my feeling.

    I'm sorry but that's not even a little like that. Restoring hacked accounts and giving back items (to the guild items were stolen by that account) is a service, that should be normal in these days.

    We were happy, that such thing as a guild bank was featured and every last of us was using this bank to store every rune and enchantment as well as epics. We allowed only a few guild members full access to the guildbank. But - as you can guess - one of them was hacked. There is no way to avoid such thing by 100%.

    Fact is: it happens every day.

    And it is NOT a technical problem to give us these things back. And IF it is, someone made a huge mistake in programming this game. We lost everything. And no one in our guild is motivated to farm these lost runes/enchantments ect, knowing that there is NO support if something like that would happen again. And don't tell us i'ts our fault or just bad luck. We all payed money. We just feel f****...

    . . . . . We have a notice in the sticky in this forum about hacking. The forums are not the place for this type of discussion. Please update and communicate with Support. If a ticket is closed, re-open it with further correspondence. Support is back-logged, they will eventually get to each ticket. Give it time, if something is wrong for the user, they will make things right.
