Lost Paragon Points !!! Using ZEN bought item-plz help

hi lvl 60 DC human -dragon server-starting on 2 days 4 gm tickets submitted and NO help from Nerverwinter/cryptic nor perfect world - i bought the respect token -used it -powers amd feats np's - heroics- np's Paragon tree- ONLY 31/44 -where did all my points in paragon tree go? my toon is gimp'd now- i cant even play it :/ LOST**GONE*NO MORE** now im wondering if i wasted money :/

    Paragon should be 31.
    Heroic should be 20 + 3 since you're human.

    It will take 2~3 weeks for them to respond to your support tickets.

    You only get 31 Paragon points... not 44...
    And 20 Heroic + 3 if you are human...

    23 + 31 =54 - now 60 lvls thts 60 points - 60 - 54 = 6 -so maybe my origional math is a little off - 31/37 -better - ur math math is way off -we get more than 31 points in paragon tree - 1 point per lvl FYI -

    1 Point per level starting at level 30 (31 points total)... you get heroic points from 10-29(+3 for human=23). You are not bugged.

    <removed> there are only 60 levels you only start getting feats at level 10 and yet you are saying you somehow get 68 feat points?
