Can't find quest locations

I must be missing something painfully obvious, because I've accepted four foundry quests from the "For Review" tab and have been unable to find three of them. No sparkly path, no new spots on the overworld.

This happens to me when I'm not in the district where the quest starts. Often I park my toon in Blacklake since the vendor is right there by the entrance and you don't need a job board to pick up quests anyway.

Is there any way around it?

I just zone to the PE, which is where most people's quests start. The sparkly sparkles then appear.

Yeah, I still get the "can't find path" thing.

People need to be more clear in their quest descriptions.

To be fair, there's a lot of core quests that are like this.
    Campaign: The Fenwick Cycle NWS-DKR9GB7KH

Wicks and Things: NW-DI4FMZRR4 : The Fenwick merchant family has lost a caravan! Can you help?

Beggar's Hollow: NW-DR6YG4J2L : Someone, or something, has stolen away many of the Fenwicks' children! Can you find out what happened to them?

Into the Fen Wood: NW-DL89DRG7B : Enter the heart of the forest. Can you discover the secret of the Fen Wood?

Does the description indicate where to go?

    No, they rarely do.

When you try to leave town you get a map...

does the map have a specific circle for you to click on? Besides the normal cryptic created ones?

I'm having the same problem. No matter where I am, when I pull up my quest journal, it has a red arrow and says that the quest cannot be found on the map. I have tried going to the town gate to see if it'll tell me, like you indicated where to go (it does not). Because in this particular instance I knew for *a fact* it was in the Tower District. But once I got there, same thing. I said that it couldn't find the quest on the map when I know that it's there. The person I play with can see the quest path just fine, so I know I'm in the right area. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game, but that didn't help. I don't know what to do.
