Got Disconnected Before The Chest

Today, I killed Idris and the sever didn't response, I didn't even pick anything on the floor and didn't open the chest, when I got into the game again, I was removed from the map. I am poor and more poor...... Why did the game remove me from the map?

    That's happened to me also although when I got disconnected and reconnected the delve had finished really annoying as I got disconnected just before collecting the chest.
