mail items to third character not working

Hi,

When I try to mail items to my third character, they do not get the mail.

I have tried name@handle or just @handle to go to all my characters. The first and second get one but the third never does.

It is only level 12 at the moment so maybe its a level requirement ?

Or is this a known issue ?

    Wow, was just about to say yes, but checked and nope :(

    Edit: a quick google seems to say its not possible, wow this really sucks :(

    . . . . . Nay, there is no way to transfer Shards at this time. (I notice the Shards are being referred to as Servers a lot, which is understandable, so I'd like to throw this out there: All three Shards are on the same Server. It's their multi-layer technology. They do plan on merging all the shards in the future. There has been no hint of a time-frame for this merger however.)

    So, if I have this right, mail in Neverwinter can only be sent between characters who are on the same Shard. If you have three characters, one on each Shard, they have no way of communicating with each other or sending items to each other and this will be true as long as the separate Shards exist, which looks like it will be until Hell freezes over. It's nice to know the game was so well thought out. Why even bother with a mail system if you can't really use it?
