'Neverwinter Gateway' is awesome!

I've always wanted something like this in most MMOs I've played.

It lets you manage a bunch of things without having to log into the game.

I wanted to add some suggestions about how it could be made even better;

- A mobile application that lets you use all the features, anytime anywhere. Thats technically possible already through mobile browser, but an app makes everything simpler.
- Real time guild chat and ability to participate.
- An option allowing in-game-friends to be able to send you SMS (including bulk SMS) without having to share your number, through said app.
- Limited inventory/mail management; would be nice to be able to move AH won-items to inventory without logging in. Also, being able to vendor stuff in your inventory from that interface.
- Moving to a 'shared bank' system and tying this to the point above.
- Being able to Invoke your diety and refine Rough diamonds from that interface.

Dont get me wrong, its already a pretty powerful tool, but with some extra features, it could be even better :)

    I love the Neverwinter Gateway also. I like most of your suggestions but not all of them. In my opinion the invoking your deity is a reward for logging in and playing and should be kept as such.

    Yes this makes sense.

    On all other points I agree with the OP. Although doesn't the game auto-refine AD anyway or is that only if you are logged-in? As I always try to invoke every day for the coins, I am not certain.

    Are we not playing the game when we gateway? I will take ardents though. You can keep your celestials.

    i would love to use the gateway, but dont know how to get to it. anyone have a tip besides google?

    Just remember that if you are using the gateway, and you're collecting AD's via your profession, then they won't be doubled (at least for this event).

    They are only doubled if you collect in-game.

    I've read a lot of posts from players who used the gateway for professions and it broke their professions; with the typical complete lack of customer service from Cryptic. Not even an acknowledgement that the problem exists. So, yeah, crappily coded 'feature' is awesome.
