I am greatly enjoying this game, very very nice job Cryptic/PW! What I think would really put the game over the top is more content in terms of diversity. To put it really simply:
1. Class specialization. GWF's should have the choice to specialize in one of multiple types of Great Weapons- essentially two-handed weapon masters. Likewise Guardian Fighters should have a greater choice in weapons. Wizards should also be able to specialize in specific schools such as necromancy (death spells/pale master) evocation (damage spells) and conjuration (primarily crowd control spells). Likewise with Clerics.
2. Armor/gear diversity. Everyone in a class essentially looks the same. They look GOOD, but the same. One of the things that keeps people in love with their characters and the game is the ability to put your own specific stamp on your toon.
3. More classes overall. It might be easier to just allow for specialization via new paragon trees, eg. that wizard that wants to become a pale master (aka lich necromancer) would just have a different paragon tree, have complete x or y quest by a certain level and so become a pale master. So many levels of pale master and he becomes a lich.

All that stuff is already planned. They don't even need to think of classes and paragons its all from the new version of D&D. I do think its lame that every armor set is a pale grey/blue, but that's obviously to sell more dye. Also it makes no sense at all when you reach level 30 and have to make a "choice", so paragons should definitely be their next move.
I think the biggest thing they need to focus on is boss and dungeon encounter design. The waves of adds on every boss fight is pretty ridiculous. When the foundry completely outshines your design team, changes need to be made.
A world to defend
A city to protect
innocents to save
"Why?" They ask "they hate you"
We're heroes it's what we do.
*patiently waiting on Paragon City*
I have to agree, they really need to "finish" out the Character Builder to make it so that players can get a real 4e playing experience with all the classes, races, and everything, as if someone had built their character straight from the rule books.
That would be super sweet.
Monsters - All those monsters from the books,.. put them in. All of them.
This would give Foundry builders more to work with.
Otherwise this is a really solid game. A little bug fixing and such and it could really be a sweet juggernaut.
Dracolichs? Pffftt Liches riding undead pitfiends with functional wings. Yaaaa
Seriously, part of my point is that unlike many other MMO's, I am greatly enjoying replaying the same dungeons/skirmishes/missions with different classes, so to me, even more and even more specialized, classes count as new content. Les ads??? As long s my fps keeps up, bring the ads on. A tough boss that constantly spawns ads is a far better experience imo than just a tough boss.
Cryptic is succeeding where I think Bioware failed in NWN: the dungeons have the classic dungeon romp feel to them. The armor doesn't look as stupid and glittery as in NWN.
Asfar as armor is concerned, I don't think it looks cheesy at all, there just needs to be more variety at all levels.

Hey man u should skim over the feywild dev blog. One of the things they talk about is more interesting boss mechanics, which i am happy for. Theres very things i want in this game. My warlock and swordmage, more armor and weapon models even if theyre purely cosmetic, and more content. All or most of these things are coming in fof aka module 1.

Military armors. They don't look like toys like in other games.
Please add more.
Thank god someone who agrees. I alwayshated having giant or impractical weapons. So nice in this game to have a sword that actually looks real. I think we all know that other game with cartoony rediculous looking weapons.

Once I say, things in game should not look like toys, many dev teams would disagree and say "it's computer game", right but games are better and better every year, they don't make it, other companies will make it. So, now look at World of Tank, Total War, and Company of Heroes. "Please.... don't put laser...in your games..."
over the top, lol... before I think along those lines I'd just like for everything that doesn't work to display and actually work... I'd also like classes and races to be balanced

Dyes should be 1-time unlocks, (even making them per-character would be fine). I should then be able to go to a tailor/armorer and mess around with possible color combinations in a preview screen, and see an amount in gold that it would cost me to get that paint job.
Weapon and armor models should be unlocks where, once you equip a piece that uses a particular model, you can now access it from the aforementioned tailor. I should then be able to go and select how I want, for instance, my torso armor to look, from the models I've unlocked. I'll see how it looks in the preview screen, and be presented with a gold cost to change to that appearance.
Tailors and perhaps leather workers should be able to make casual clothing.
Companions and mounts should be able to be dyed.

Dragonlance, Ravenloft ANYTHING but Forgotten Realms.
But since that won't happen it needs more classes, and if you're going to use the D&D brand can we at least have gameplay that at least resembles the brand? I don't mean the action gameplay is bad, it's not. I'm just saying none of these classes behave or even resemble their D&D namesakes.
You mean I really can't have a cleric that uses a mace or have turn undead (I'm sorry what is it called now in 4e, Smite undead...uggg)? or wizard that uses a staff or, well, anything else?

Better yet: Dracolich mount that can pick people up and drop them from heights.
That would be super sweet.
