Missing astral diamonds

hello, my friend change AD for ZEN then he buy Enchanted key for 125 ZEN .. open nightmare lockbox and find jeweled idol..to change this item for 40k AD..he goes to Rhix and change this for a coffer..but when open this coffer he dont obtain astral diamonds...i post this thread because he cant post right now..
