[GWF] Restoring Strike should heal based on max HP

And not based on damage dealt. Thanks to the free respecs I was able to fool around with different builds and realized that with a defensive-focused build you will heal less, because of lower damage output, despite the fact that this is a defensive power.

If you want to heal based on damage dealt there are other options available.

Right now the skill heals around roughly 2000-2500 points or roughly 10% of our normal HP. How much do you think it should increase ? 15-20% more ?

To be honest the current amount of healing, even with the sentinel feat, is pretty terrible considering the amount of damage enemies do, so I wouldn't mind an overall increase at all.

Yet my damage-centric GWF takes just as much damage, and mitigates less, and so requires a stronger heal. The mechanic is working just fine, I think you have it backwards.

Why are you using Restoring Strike on a damage centric build in the first place? And why are you taking as much damage as a tank?
