So did an easy credit report offer to get some Zen and after three weeks of emailing both PWE and Peanutlabs support (and a few others) I finally got my Zen but I had to go through an INSANE amount of stupid replies from PWE and etc such as "Please first try logging out of the website and then log back in and see if this resolves the issue for you. If not, please restart your web browsing session. You may also need to restart your computer after you have removed your cache/cookies." and "At this time you've reached a limit on the number of support credits we can issue you, or you're asking for a credit amount that exceeds the limit." (Was my first time trying an offer and apparently have a limit?).
The last email: "As a one-time courtesy, we have credited your account" and "We will not offer compensation for rewards again; PWE does not screen, condone, or guarantee any of the offers per our Terms of Service."
So you've been warned, stay far far away from those offers. Hopefully I save some people the trouble of being scammed in the end.

Errr...yeah, only do the videos and the survey's at the very top with no picture. The rest don't pay out...ever. Further, the two I mentioned don't require personal data.

lol wish I knew that before. Thanks Only did the offer because of the large amount of Zen they offered
A tip is once the tab with the offer opens go back to the original tab with peanut labs and click 'my transactions'. If what you clicked on doesn't say opened, it will not register, so don't do it at all.
I only do the ones that don't ask for your address and phone number and such. I use my alt email for all the coupons and stuff and have made a good amount that way without getting scammed.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience but that is not the norm. The average person can fill out a few surveys and get their rewards basically immediately.
You didn't quote it so I must ask did you transfer the Zen from your Zen Wallet into Neverwinter (or some other game) as the value will not automatically appear in Neverwinter. Also certain surveys will take a few business days to validate the transaction and will be marked as pending during that time period.
But by in large the number of people with bad experiences with the system is small. I certainly get turned away from a lot of surveys but every single survey I have ever completed was awarded to my account within a short amount of time.

This ALL DAY! I made a bunch of free zen. You are doing it wrong lol
At the start of open beta I did a bunch of these and earned about 1k zen, did have a couple that didn't pay out but most were fine. Since then I have checked frequently for more offers and all I ever see is :-
"We're sorry, there are no options available to earn ZEN right now. We have new options available every few days so please check back tomorrow."

lol it was open after finished. Everything was done correctly. I don't understand why they put it there if in the end most people wont get rewards out of it . but anyway, was just sharing my bad experience

I knew from start it wouldnt, I know I have to transfer it from my PW account. Sadly it wasn't the case . Thanks though
Why the hell you need to farm those lame surveys? while you can earn and farm AD in game and convert it to Zen plus you are not wasting your time filling a fishing site...
Easy and free. There is no such thing.
Well, it takes about 15 minutes to earn about 100 Zen. Without any sort of personal details. Just an junk email address.
So far abit over 1700 Zen for free. Without any sort of personal details. Just an junk email address.
Buy Stuff for $1, get 2450 Zen for Free. Like yea, sure....

I didn't know about the free zen so I decided to check it out. The last offer wants to install shop at home tool bar which is malware. I would not be surprised if some of those links serve up other nasty stuff. Get free zen and a keylogger and a stolen account straight from the devs site.
As some people have already stated, you should really only do the surveys by Peanut Labs. These are the ones at the very top of the "earn zen" stuff. Even those don't always work. Alot of them you will be disqualified for and there are some that have not paid my 98 zen.
That being said, if you don't feel comfortable giving out personal information DONT! Would you give me your name, address, age, DoB, email address and other **** like that if I offered you a dollar? If not, then don't give it to some strange internet company.

my favorite is the surveys where you enter in a bunch of information and then after about two or three minutes "oh you're not eligible, goodbye".

I would say its uncommon but not rare. A few of those offer sites contain known advertising viruses like ZeroAccess. Go searching and see.
Op, you could also try the bbb. That often works with companies that are hard to reach.
