Question regarding Frontline Surge..

My Frontline Surge ONLY deals damage to a max of 3 targets even if 5+ are in the area of effect.

I thought it hit everyone in the area of effect and was not limited to a specific number.

I leveled my GWF and put my GF on hold until a few days ago and it just feels like Frontline Surge has been nerfed.

So has it always only damaged 3 people or did it get nerfed.

    It's always been just 3 targets unfortunately.

    its always 3 targets, enforced threat is always 5 targets

    Ok thanks just wish Cryptic would put the amount hit on the tooltip, and it should hit 5 not 3 but hey....

    The fact that melee AOE powers are target limited is just stupid.

    the animation is 3 shields...
