How do I move on now ?

Greetings,

2 weeks ago my main character dissapeared while i haven't deleted it myself. I made a ticket the same day ( 6-18-2013 ). My ticket still isn't solved and i dont want to start all over again. I lost my money , AD and zen. How do I move on now ? I'm sorry to say but i feel disrespected as a paying open beta tester.

    I personally would have started an alt, but I completely understand that this doesn't get you your gear/time/money back. Aside from the ticket you've been waiting on, posting here has the chance to get someone's attention, so thats helpful.

    I would suggest, play as intended, reroll as an elf
    fixed.

    Why would I reroll as I'm not sure this problem will happen again?

    2 weeks ago, maybe your alt is one of the people lost in limbo during gauntgrym first update. Have some patience ( yes even more), i know 2 weeks is a long time, DL saints row the third, or CoH 2, it should get u going for a while.

    Unsure i have yet to get my ticket addressed at all. (mail lost when sent to a friend)

    Has only been like 5 days though. I am sure they are far too busy to even auto generate an email saying go screw yourself. /sarcasm.

    Bingo... People just say start over but why start over if you didn't learn from History.
