Control Wizard: Alacrity message even if you don't have alacrity

Everytime you kill a monster as a CW, the Alacrity scrolling text appears if you have the option to show buffs, even if you don't have alacrity trained. It does nothing either, just the text pops up every kill.

    I noticed that too, and I was wondering what that was about.

    This is still happening. My single-digits level CW pops Alacrity if I kill things with a cold spell. There's no reason, no possible WAY, for her to get Alacrity. This really should be fixed because it confused the hell out of me for a long time, trying to find out what Alacrity was and why none of my powers or feats said anything about it.
