CW Bugs in patch NW.3.20130529g.25 06/27

There seems to be new bugs and some changes in this build. Underlined those spell who seemed fixed.
Post your reports and I'll try to keep thi updated.

Note: Shield, Oppressive Force, RoE and Repel have either a wrong behaviour or are missing in the tooltip that they add stacks of AM (or wrong quantity of them).

BEWARE, TARGET DUMMIES SEEM BUGGED, PLEASE CONFIRM

Arcane Mastery: MM (3rd hit), ST, Repel, RoE, Oppressive Force, EF stack 1 Arcane Mastery. EF/Repel (when tabbed) and OF 1 per target. These stacks last about ~1 second. Arcane Singularity and Shield (first cast) stack 1 and Shield pop stacks 1 per target. These stacks last about ~7 seconds. Let's call those two groups AM1 and AM7 for ease.
These 2 AMs don't work together: if you mix an AM1 and an AM7 spell the stacks expire after 1s, only way to keep it 7s is using a cold or lightning spell. This means that popping your shield will wipe all your stacks if you don't recast an arcane spell within a very short time and shield itself won't get a cd reduction. Kind of strange bug.

Arcane Singularity: scaling and tooltip seem fixed

Chaos Magic: there is no way to know what procced, you can't rollover the buff on the target and no info pops up on the proc.

Conduit of Ice: if the first cast is not crit and procs EotS the rest of the ticks don't crit. (CORRECT BEHAVIOUR)

Destructive Wizardry: only procs if you are ~5 yds from the target of the initial cast.

Elemental Empowerment: does not seem to be triggered for Icy Terrain.

Evocation: works with CS on tab, Shield Pulse, ST. Doesn't work on IT, SS, CoI, Repel on tab and any daily. Didn't test it properly, this is the reading from tooltip.

Icy Terrain: does not crit.

Nightmare Wizardry: it now procs on the enemies. NW procs from shield pop procs on you and not on mobs.

Oppressive Force: adds 1 stack per target rather than 1 on the cast.

Ray of Enfeeblement: if the first cast is not crit and procs EotS the rest of the ticks don't crit. (CORRECT BEHAVIOUR) Cooldown unaffected by recovery bonus when in tab slot. Adds 1 stack of AM.

Ray of Frost: Tooltip not scaling with power.

Repel: adds a stack of AM. 1 per target when tabbed.

Shield: Cooldown from AMs seems fixed.

Sudden Storm: doesn't crit. It doesn't hit targets sucked up by Arcane Singularity for the entire effect.

Steal Time: cooldown can still be initiated without casting the spell if you attempt to activate immediately after teleporting.

Storm Pillar: main cast doesn't crit, but damage from pillar after cast can crit. It also seems that all the damage from pillar either all crit or none (Additional hits don't seem to proc storm spell, only initial hit). If Eots procs from initial cast then the damage from pillar is not affected. Pillar hits another 5 times regardless of the targets in range (only tested vs 2-3 target dummies). Tooltip damage still broken, doesn't apply to first cast nor additional hits from pillar.

    The feat "elemental empowerment" does not seem to be triggered for Icy Terrain

    Any word/experience on our aoe feats? Wizard's Wrath and Focused Wizardry specifically? Are they still only working with tabbed CS+ST+SP?

    Where did you test these at? I'm just wondering as I just tested all of this out in open world.

    MM (3rd hit), Repel, RoE and EF (non Spell Mastery) each grant 1 stack of AM for 10 seconds.

    RoE, EF and Repel on Spell Mastery each grant the correct amount of stacks accordingly, and last 10 seconds.

    Again, where did you test this at? I tried this two different ways.

    1) Casting AS grants 1 stack of AM for 10 seconds. Casted Shield immediately and used Shield Pulse on mobs being sucked in. 5 stacks of AM for 10 seconds.

    2) Casted Shield. Waited for the initial stack of AM to run out. Casting AS resulted in 1 stack of AM for 10 seconds. Popped shield on mobs resulting in 5 stacks of AM for 10 seconds.
    Shield: Cooldown from AMs seems fixed sometimes. see Arcane Mastery.

    The only time Shield will not proc it's CD correctly is if you cast Shield Pulse starting with 0 stacks of AM. As long as you have 1 stack of AM, Shield's CD will proc correctly.

    This is not a bug, all DoT do the same damage for the entire duration (every tick of damage will crit or not)

    @shultzilla Ye sorry I found dummies are bugged, not the AM stacks. I didn't test it in open world but realized it worked correctly when I went into an instance.

    @charvild I guess that's a fix then, since when I tested 2 patches ago every tick had its independent chance to crit. Anyway the pillar additional hits have their own chance to crit (unless its target-based)

    im not sure if its just me, but ive noticed this so many times. when i use ice rays on tab (well i never tried on normal) at a target surrounded by adds. EVERYTHIGN in a 30 yard or so radius gets hit by about 100-130 damage.

    what is this? im a reading things wrong?

    Storm Spell seems to be hitting it's tooltip damage thresholds.

    Maelstrom does not crit
    Shard disappears when you are CCed and is on CD
    Shard disappears when you teleport right after it appears in the air but it does not come on CD
