Gauntlgrym end chest cannot be picked up

Hey..
I just participate in gauntlgrym, and enter T1 dungeon. after finishing, I wasnt able to open chest. This was the only i got - twice.. o8e.png

I want my coins... but I did that dungeon twice - both times I wasnt able to open it..

    Same problem, write it via game help. This version is more bugged then first ONE :)

    I got the same problem but with other chest (the one after killing Karzov so its a game killer for me ;/)
