Launcher won't start

When i try to start the game, i get the game icon on the taskbar, and nothing happens, how can i fix this?

    Maximize game. The launcher loaded, but to a really wierd location. If you right-click and maximize it should pop up. If you can't maximize the icon then start up task-manager and maximize it there.

    Any ideas if that doesn't work?

    Thank you. This has been super annoying. I didn't think of using the task manager.
