Why am i doing the same damage with Stalwart bonus and without it?

I play full stalwart and i noticed that the damage i do when i have the 5 stack bonus (12000+ power) is exactly the same i do without... anyone can help me with this?

    Power is sh*t for GF. The bonus power from stalwart increases the damage of your abilities by like..200 i think. Its not even noticable. Main problem i can think of is that most of your abilities don't even scale in large amounts w/ power. Hell i think its the same for gwf. I do roughly the same dmg w/ 4k power as i do with 1500...lmao.

    I notice a difference between Stalwart and Regent set, when I use Regent set I seem to do around 25% less damage, I attributed this to having less power?
