Patching?

My NW is patching, yet I don't see any notes in that section of the forums. Anyone know what the patch is for?

    It is a prepatch for an upcoming patch. It will likely contain the stuff from the .20 patch on the preview server, the gauntgrym fixes so it can be turned back on, and maybe some other stuff.

    Lol same, just logged out and now 969mb patch suddenly?

    There should be a notice in advance...wtf?

    They did make a facebook post explaining it. Don't think it was "in advance" though. It doesn't start until you log out so they probably didn't think to many people would be negatively affected.

    I don't use facebook, in fact, I now hate it more!!!

    Yeah, why would you post news about your game on Facebook, and not on the "official forums"? Makes no sense.


    (and yeah - I've never set foot near Facebook. All this "social networking" <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> they keep trying to tie everything to is annoying.)

    I keep reclogging trying to get a patch. No pre-patch for me. Was hoping to beat the download curve.

    Are you fully loading into the game (getting into at least the character select screen) and closing the client?
