I've been using the Neverwinter Gateway to level up my professions, but I'm finding that anything that gives you astral diamonds does not give them to you when you use the gateway. I understand that the gateway is limited, but if it's having trouble giving out astral diamonds, I'm concerned what other items I should be getting that I'm not. Also if the gateway is not able to give astral diamonds, then why are those options available in the gateway. Is there a way to perhaps take those profession options off so no one looses time hoping to gain astral diamonds?

Is it really missing?
The rewards from the Professions are Rough Astral Diamonds (RAD).
The gateway does not automatically refine those diamonds, so the number of AD you see on the Gateway does not include the RAD.
You will need to login into the game client (not gateway), and then refine the Rough AD.
Also sometimes, when you login into the game client, it will automatically refine the RAD into AD for you.
I can confirm that many times the rough astral diamonds from leadership tasks performed through the gateway site are not awarded. I think it might be as bad as 50% of the time.

I have the same issue. Started running the Profession jobs over the weekend and the last couple days at work, only to find 0 RADs in my inventory today when I finally got to log into the character.
Figured I'd bump the thread since it was what popped up in the search. Is there a list of known bugs somewhere that I must have missed?
