Lag very 20 secs

Since the patch on the 20th, I now have lag every 20 secs or so and makes the game un-playable. Everything was fine the day before. Anyone having the same problems or know of a fix?

    I have experience a slight increase in lag due to the fact of so many new players flooding into Protectors Enclave. My suggestion is to turn down your graphics and render scale while in the Enclave. Other than that no other places lag for me.

    i am also getting lag in protectors enclave specifically because on my server (beholder i think) we have 14 instances with 130+ users in each, and when all of them crowd around the main places then it gets really bad lag and rubberbanding
