Guild Compose Mail bugged

As written in the picture, guild mail send is broken right now claiming you are not high enough level to send it.
The char listed is a Guild Leader and level 60 so should be able to send it out.

    Same here been experiencing this for about a week.

    Good to know it is not just me. Do Devs acknowledge they know about bugs or have read this post?

    Yuppers here too, been trying to get a response from GM, they respond to all other problems, nothing on this yet, really ticks me off, to send out 100 + Emails individually, WAKE UP DEVELOPERS !!!! PLEASE AND THANK YOU !!!
