To get in:
- You must be level 60
- You must be in a guild
- That guild must be aligned to 1 of the factions, before going to the zone.
The Guild leaders must go the the 'Trade of Blades' to align with a faction.

so... then?
There is a queue like pvp/dungeon/skirmish?

I do not understand how you align. I am the leader, but neither of the faction NPCs will talk with me.

This is getting insanely frustrating.
I am the highest rank in the guild - I share that rank with two other people. One of those people was the original founder, but rank wis there is no difference between us.
Does it have to be the original founder?

and to answer my own question - nope - I demoted the others making me the lone rank 7 (leader) and I still can not speak with the NPCs.

There is your answer. Once it's truned on you can talk to the guild registration npc who will give you a quest that takes you to the trade of blades. There you will speak with 2 Dwarves, and then be able to choose which faction you'd like your guild to be aligned with.
The kicker is that if Gaunt is currently in progress you will not be able to choose a faction until it's over.

I believe you must have at least 20 members to align (that is what I read from another thread) how many members do you have?
Please review my campaign and I'll return the favor.
336 total

You only need 1 member to align.
The missing ingredient here is that gauntgrym needs to be turned on. It was turned off last night due to issues.
