Free respec following the patch. Only powers for DC?

I logged in with my CW first, on which I can respec Powers and Feats, then on my DC and only the Powers can be respec'ed. Is this normal, or..?

    Yeah my TR can only respec powers.

    My feats affect my powers so.. why can't I change my feats? Almost worthless to waste a respec on powers if I can't change the feats.

    Some say clicking the Power respec will reset all, true or false?

    It only states in patch notes on the powers section that a respec is available. I'm waiting for testing to die down before I use mine but I got laid into for asking the same question you just did. Everyone says that it does both feats and powers....that should have been stated in the patch notes as well as better UI for respec....since the respec button in the powers is the only one lit up.

    That was the case for me too (only the powers one lit up).

    However i decided to go for it and clicked it.
    Then it worked as it should, it reset all Power , Feats and my paragon choices.

    Thanks for the loopup. I logged into my other character and both Feats and Powers were showing so it is really odd how that would happen for some and not others.

    when clicking on the respec feats button, it will consume AD to respec your feats.
    when clicking on the respec powers button, it will use a respec token (which will respec: powers, feats, ability scores)

    the free respec that was given, is a free respec token (which can be used by clicking on the respec powers button and selecting the free option)

    so there are only 2 ways to respec:
    everything (with tokens)
    just feats (with ad)
