Idea: how to turn the Bop patch into a good thing!

So ive had this idea for some time, but dident have the time yet to suggest it here on the forums 
Change Dungeon Delves into a daily quest, this idea would be realy awesome for casual gamers, cause as it is now you log in look at the event and see oh 1 hour untill DD, well ill try again tomorrow then, i think this could be a good change for everyone, cause then its up to you when you want to use it.
Also about the dungeon delve chest, 90% of the times you loot it, you get HAMSTER items i have even gotten a tier1 item in a castle never chest, this realy should be changed, i think lets say you go to spellplague and use your DD quest, you complete it and opens the chest, i think the only loot that chest should be is either a ring or 1 of the 3 tier2 helms, and this wouldent have any impact on economy cause the helms you wont use is bop.
what do you guys think? is this a good or bad idea? discuss so the devs brings attention to the loot system.
